It's a pretty interesting issue, though I think it's probably not the best for someone being introduced to Superman. I would suggest trying Morrison's Action Comics run, or even better, his All-Star Superman--if those two don't make you a Superman fan, I don't know what will.

I already read All-star Superman and Superman Red Son but i'm not a Superman fan just because he is too imba.
